Our mission here at SPF Window Films is to educate and work with consumers to find the best solutions using the highest quality products. Our attention to detail and focus on aesthetics as well as function sets us apart in the industry. SPF Window Films has provided high-quality service in over 3,500 homes in the area and over 1,200 commercial and government facilities.
Meet the Team
Robert “Ty” Sullivan
Owner
Around 2000, I was lucky enough that one day a window film representative came by and offered me some encouraging words of advice. The advice was that if I continued my work with window film, one day I could put myself through college doing so.
Starting in 2005, I did just that, and put myself through the Construction Engineering program at the University of Southern Mississippi, all while working as a film installer for SPF Window Tinting Inc.
After seventeen years at SPF Window Tinting, I decided to split off and form my own company where my focus could be better directed.
SPF Window Films continues to employe multiple people and provide installations over a large geographic area. We offer 3M window films for both commercial, and residential sectors, along with custom decorative film, commercial roller shades, and extensive safety & security glazing products. We have worked on DOD, FEMA, and still install film on hundreds of buildings and homes a year.
Chelsea Carroll
Operations
She handles scheduling, invoicing, contracts, and all things operations. Her diligence and years of experience in government regulation have contributed to our teams success.

Chelsea is a team player who commits to excellence, working in her talents and skill sets. Her organization and efficiency are highly valued by many.

Chelsea is originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, and attended Westmont College. She spent a decade as a carnival operator in Alaska. Chelsea knows a lot about alligators. She enjoys reading, sailing, avoiding, and supporting!

He is often found horsing around, but doing amazing window film installations.
